Privacy Policy

movix Studio ("movix," "we," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

  • Name, email address, and contact information collected at membership enrollment
  • Health and fitness goals shared during intake consultations
  • Session attendance records used to track your training progress
  • Payment and billing details processed securely via our payment provider
  • Anonymous website usage data via analytics tools (no personally identifiable information)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to manage your membership, assign coaches, personalize programming, process payments, and send service-related communications. We never sell your data to third parties.

Session Data & Coaching

Performance data collected during training sessions — including lift records, heart rate, and session notes — is used exclusively by your assigned coach and the movix coaching team to optimize your programming. This data is never shared externally.


Communication Preferences

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in any email or contacting us at hello@movix.example.com. Transactional communications (booking confirmations, billing receipts) cannot be unsubscribed from while your membership is active.

Your Rights

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data upon membership cancellation
  • Withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time

Terms of Service

By enrolling in a movix membership or using our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all training sessions, coaching programs, and use of our facility.

Membership & Cancellation

Monthly memberships require 7 days' written notice to cancel. Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Membership fees are billed on the same day each month. Outstanding balances may result in suspension of access.

Session Booking & No-Show Policy

  • Sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance via the app or by phone
  • Late cancellations (under 12 hours) will be charged at 50% of the session rate
  • No-shows will be charged the full session rate
  • Three consecutive no-shows may result in membership review

Liability Waiver

Physical training involves inherent risks. By participating in movix programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree that movix, its coaches, and staff are not liable for injury sustained during training activities, except in cases of gross negligence. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program.


Facility Rules

  • Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required at all times
  • Equipment must be returned to its designated storage after each use
  • Photography and video recording of other members without consent is prohibited
  • movix reserves the right to terminate any membership for conduct that disrupts the studio environment

Changes to These Terms

movix may update these terms at any time. We will notify active members by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
